By accessing or using MinitTV ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MinitTV. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MinitTV, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Viewers pay $0.20 per episode to unlock and watch individual story episodes. Each purchase grants you a permanent, non-transferable licence to watch that episode on your account.
Once an episode has been unlocked and played, purchases are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue preventing playback, contact our support team within 7 days.
You may deposit funds into your MinitTV balance via Stripe. Your balance is used to purchase episode unlocks. Unused balance can be withdrawn subject to our withdrawal terms.
Minimum withdrawal: $10.00

This fee covers payment processor costs and is deducted from the withdrawal amount before transfer.
Withdrawals are processed within 5–10 business days. You must provide valid payment details to receive a withdrawal.
MinitTV does not guarantee the permanent availability of any content. If a creator removes their content, we will not be liable for loss of access to previously unlocked episodes, but we will endeavour to give reasonable notice.
All video content on MinitTV is delivered via secure, authenticated streaming. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Episodes you purchase are tied to your account. You may stream or download purchased episodes for personal, offline playback on your registered devices.
Playback and download links are issued per session and expire automatically. Sharing or reusing these links will not grant access to others.
Downloaded episodes are for your personal viewing only. Redistribution, resale, or public display of any content is prohibited without the creator's written consent.
You agree not to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, digital rights, or access control features of the platform.
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
Any individual or entity may apply to become a MinitTV creator. We reserve the right to decline or terminate creator accounts at our sole discretion.
You retain full ownership of all original content you upload. By uploading to MinitTV, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, distribute, display, and promote your content on the Platform.
All content must comply with our Content Policy. You may not upload:
Creators earn a fixed per-episode fee of $0.10, regardless of whether the sale was organic or curator-referred. All episodes are priced at $0.20 — this is not creator-configurable. Earnings are tracked in real-time on your creator dashboard.
If a curator referred a viewer to your content, the curator earns $0.05 from the $0.20 episode fee (from the platform share, not your cut). You always earn $0.10 per episode whether a curator was involved or not.

This fee covers payment processor costs and is deducted from the withdrawal amount before transfer.
Withdrawals are processed within 5–10 business days. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings. MinitTV does not withhold taxes on creator payments.
If your creator account is terminated for a breach of these terms, any accrued earnings below the minimum withdrawal threshold ($10.00) may be forfeited.
Curators are users who build and promote curated collections of MinitTV stories. Curators earn $0.05 per episode purchased when a viewer discovers content through their collection.
Curator earnings are tracked automatically based on referral attribution. Earnings appear in your curator dashboard in real-time.

Withdrawals are processed within 5–10 business days.
Curated collections must be legitimate and relevant. Curators may not artificially inflate view counts, use bots, or engage in any fraudulent referral activity. Violation results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted by law, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
